Although it applies like a decal, it isn't a decal – it's real dichroic. Instead of being applied to glass, the dichroic is applied to a binder on paper. You can cut it to the desired shape with scissors, a stencil knife, or make up metal punches to stamp out the shapes. You just wet the paper and slide the dichroic onto the glass you want to fire it onto. It can be applied to any glass (regardless of COE), to a glazed ceramic, or to a glass enamelled copper. It can not be used on PMC or fired onto a bare metal.
Cut it with scissors, knife, or punch.
Use both the positive and negative.
Fire onto any COE glasss.
Apply like a decal.
